A special class designed for those with little or no yoga experience, this 6 week course is a wonderful and gentle introduction to yoga, including the correct alignment and form of level 1 yoga poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), philosophy, and meditation. Develop strength, flexibility, agility and balance while learning about the many wonderful benefits of a regular yoga practice. Find out why so many people have come to love yoga!
